Can we get married at Green Grove Barns?

We are in the process of applying for our civil ceremony license. Until then, we welcome couples to host a commitment ceremony in front of their friends and family. This beautiful ceremony can take place either inside the barn or outside on the terraced lawn in front of the panoramic views.

What's included within the wedding package?

In summary, exclusive use of the venue and accommodation (for up to 21 guests) from Thursday to Monday (or equivalent days depending on your date). Events Manager on site from your first visit through to the end of your wedding party. Tables, chairs and sofa seating, outdoor benches and parasols.  Fully stocked cash/card bar. Access to fields and orchard for photography. Unparalleled views and venue to create a completely bespoke day for you. 

Do you provide food and drink?

We have a hand-crafted fully stocked licensed bar available for your event and can arrange drinks packages to suit your budget.

We do not offer our own catering but can highly recommend a select number of award-winning local caterers and other suppliers to use our on-site kitchen space. We'd love to hear your wedding catering ideas and discuss how best we can support you.

Can we have a band or DJ and is there a noise limit for music?

You are welcome to use day time musicians, a band and DJ - even a male voice choir! We love listening to the variety of talent at Green Grove. The sound limiter is set up to 90 decibels to respect our neighbours, guests and environment around us. Live music must end by 10pm but recorded music can play until midnight.

Do you offer an Events Planning service?

Yes we do! In addition to our on-site talented and passionate Events Manager Sera, we can also offer further assistance at an additional fee. Sera specialises in events planning and can bring her own knowledge of the area, local suppliers and an abundance of excitement and joy to the planning stage. What are the Terms of booking?

In order to book Green Grove and secure the selected date for your special day, we kindly ask that a deposit is paid on booking (non-refundable). The full and final payment will be required to be paid in advance of your wedding date.

If you're sharing the on-site accommodation costs with your guests staying, we can assist in arranging this. The pennies can mount up when getting married and we want to make it as seamless as possible for you.
